SERVICE SCHEDULING INFORMATION
A Service2100 Technician will typically call to schedule your on-site service within 48 hours of your confirmed PC Incident. If you do not receive a call from a Technician within 48 hours, please contact 1-612-703-5240.
Our Standard Support Hours are:
• Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
• Saturday by appointment only
• Sunday by appointment only
Additional charges may apply for emergency response services and or service outside of standard installation hours.
Service Call area:
Service2100 service area is a 30 miles circle of the zip code 55434 (Blaine, MN). Please call 1-612-703-5240 to verify that you are within our service area, and if applicable trip charges apply.
Additional Hardware or Software Install/Service(s):
Must be approved prior purchasing to be serviced on the following: Server additions, CD/DVD-RW, memory installation, sound-video card installation, network card installation, wireless, and Modem-Cable-DSL and software installation.
ATTENTION: An Adult Must Be Present at Residences or Business at all times:
For onsite services, a person of at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period services are provided. IF A Service2100 TECHNICIAN ARRIVES AT THE SCHEDULED SERVICE TIME AND NO ADULT IS PRESENT, SERVICES MAY BE DENIED AND A $169 CANCELLATION CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED.
BACK UP YOUR SOFTWARE AND DATA:
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BACK UP ALL SOFTWARE AND DATA THAT IS STORED ON YOUR COMPUTER'S - Servers HARD DISK DRIVE(S) AND/OR ON ANY OTHER STORAGE DEVICES YOU MAY HAVE PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL OF A Service2100 TECHNICIAN TO YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS. Service2100 TECHNICIAN AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE AT ANY TIME FOR ANY LOSS, ALTERATION OR CORRUPTION OF ANY SOFTWARE, DATA OR FILES.
Minimum System & Environment Requirements:
• All computers to be serviced must have a minimum of 500MB of unused hard disk space and 200MB of RAM.
• Password(s) for operating system(s) and/or internet service provider(s) must be available at the time of service.
• Microsoft Windows 98 SE operating system or newer.
• Operating System disc and Key Code must be available at the time of service.
• Any computers and/or peripherals to be Services and or worked on, must function properly and be free of spyware and viruses.
• Any additional service fees will be quoted before any services like networking configuration are rendered.
• A safe working Environment must be provided for the Service2100 Technician for the entire duration of the service call.
• Service2100 Technician will not perform any illegal activities such as but not limited to WIFI snooping, password cracking, installing illegal hardware and or software plus others.
Access: A Service2100 Technician must receive full access to the computer(s), server(s), appliances and/or peripheral(s) to be serviced; access to your residence or business, your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or business, and a safe working environment, working space and electrical power have to be provided.
IF A Service2100 TECHNICIAN ARRIVES AT THE SCHEDULED SERVICE LOCATION, AND DETERMINES THAT HE/SHE DOES NOT REASONABLY HAVE THE ACCESS, COOPERATION, CONSENT, NO ADULT PRESENT OR SAFE WORKING AREA DESCRIBED IN THE PREVIOUS SENTENCE, THEN SERVICES MAY BE DENIED AND A $169 CANCELLATION CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED.
Limitations to Service: Service2100 TECHNICIAN AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFRAIN FROM PROVIDING ANY OR ALL SERVICES ORDERED AND INSTEAD REFUND THE CUSTOMER'S PAYMENT, WHOLLY OR IN PART, ON THE BASIS THAT THE MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET OR THE TECHNICAL NEEDS (INCLUDING WIRING OR OVERCOMING PHYSICAL OR TECHNICAL BARRIERS) OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF THE CUSTOMER ARE UNUSUAL OR EXTENSIVE AND BEYOND THE SCOPE OF THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT AS REASONABLY DETERMINED BY Service2100 TECHNICIAN AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER.
Force majeure: Service2100 LLC company and/or its third party service provider's ability to render services is impaired by you or circumstances beyond the control of Service2100 LLC and/or its third party service provider, Service2100 LLC and/or its third party service provider may choose not to provide services.
LIMITATION OF REMEDY: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Service2100 AND/OR ITS-THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EXPENSES COSTS, PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS OR EARNINGS, LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISIN OUT OF, OR RELATED TO, THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY Service2100 AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER OR OUT OF THE INSTALLATION, DEINSTALLATION, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, HARDWARE, PERIPHERALS, OR THE NETWORK RESULTING FROM THE SERVICES PROVIDED HERE UNDER.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AFFIRMATIVELY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Service2100 a SERVCIE2100 LLC AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER FROM AND AGAINST ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, OR DAMAGE THAT YOU OR THE OWNER OR LESSEE MAY SUFFER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOSS OF ANY DATA AND THE NON-FUNCTIONING OF ANY COMPONENT OR ELEMENT OF YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR PERIPHERALS RESULTING FROM Service2100 TECHNICIANS AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER'S AGENTS, PARTNERS AND/OR THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS, REGARDLESS OF THE WARRANTIES, DISCLAIMERS AND WAIVERS, SERVICES SHALL CONSTITUTE LIQUIDATED DAMAGES AND ARE A REASONABLE ESTIMATE OF DAMAGES TO YOU. CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS - You must contact Service2100 at 1-612-703-5240.
You may cancel your order if you give Service2100 at least 6 hours notice prior to the scheduled performance of services. After the onsite schedule, but prior to the performance of services, cancellation must be completed by calling Service2100 at 1-612-703-5240. The payment amount will be fully refunded in the manner the purchase was paid. If paid by cash or check, you should receive a refund by check in the mail within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with your service: Please call 1-612-703-5240 for a throughout quick problem free resolution. We stand behind our service for 60 days. If there is a problem with the service we provided, we will work to remedy your problem quickly and at no additional cost.
